Rockford Rotary Goals - 2022-23

 

 

 

     The following are President-Elect Eric Moe's goals for his 2022-23 year:

 

       - Encourage at least one social/networking event per quarter

       - Have fun!!!

       - 100% participation in giving to the Rotary Foundation

       - 100% participation in Rotary Direct (on-line giving)

       - Average of 2 service projects per month

       - Membership growth

       - Partner with another organization in service for the benefit of our community - preferably projects that cchampion diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).

       - Collaborate with other area Rotary Club(s) in service

       - Secure an inbound and outbound exchange student for the 2023-24 year

       - Secure at least one Rotary grant for a local or international service project

       - 100% participation in the District 6420 project - one book given to a local library by each member, preferably in braille

       - Update strategic plan for Rockford Rotary

       - Attend District Conference with at least 12 other Club members

       - Evaluate/update Club committee structure - with BOD

       - Reduce Club dues
