Rotary International Foundation
Kathy Kwiat-Hess has been a member of Rockford Rotary since 1998. She served as club President in 2009/10. She also served as Membership Chair and Youth Exchange Officer. She currently serves as Literacy Chair and liaison for Rockford Reads. At the district level, Kathy has served as Youth Protection Officer and District Trainer. In 2018/19 she served as District Governor. She currently serves as District Rotary Foundation Chair.
Kathy Is a retired Clinical Social Worker having had a private practice for many years. She is married to Bob and has two stepsons and 5 awesome grandchildren.
Kathy also serves as the Vice Chair for the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois and serves on the board for Carpenter’s Place.
As District Foundation Chair, Kathy will discuss the benefits of contributing to the Foundation and what she expects from her home club with regards to contributions to Rotary International Foundation.
