Kelly J. Epperson is Vice President and General Counsel at Rosecrance Health Network. Rosecrance is a behavioral health provider with treatment locations in Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin. As General Counsel for Rosecrance, Kelly provides comprehensive legal services to Rosecrance and its affiliates.
Prior to joining Rosecrance, Kelly worked at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP for 7 years. She moved to Rockford in 2008 after graduating from NIU College of Law.
Kelly is married to Ben Epperson, an RPS 205 employee. Together they have three kids: Ella, Posey, and Miles.
