Winnebago County Clerk & Recorder Update
Lori Gummow is the Winnebago County Clerk & Recorder. She graduated from the University of Northern Illinois with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Public Relations and from Judson University with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership.
Lori was the founding director of Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful which she led for nearly 30 years. In 2018, she ran successfully for Winnebago County Clerk and on December 1st , 2020 she took over the Recorder’s Office.
Lori will share what services her offices provide and information about the past and upcoming elections.
