June 24th Business Meeting

 

     Rockford Rotary members will be voting on a number of changes to the way we conduct our business in the future.  The first order of business will be to vote on waiving the 10 day notice requirement for advising members of a vote to change the bylaws.  If that waiver passes, members will be asked to vote on a Bylaw Amendment changing the duties of the President-nominee so that they are no longer required to be program chair and assume the duties of President two years later.  Members will then vote on whether we go back to our original "no regular meetings" during July and August.

     These are two very important ways that Rockford Rotary conducts their business and we would encourage all members to meet in person at Memorial Hall or attend via Zoom and make your voice heard.
