Habitat for Humanity - Myth vs. Fact

Come and test your knowledge of Habitat for Humanity - and see how many questions you get right!  Learn about our origin, what makes us an international organization and how families actually participate in the program!
Keri Nelson serves as the Executive Director of the Rockford Area Habitat for Humanity, working to help local families build strength, stability, and self-reliance through homeownership.  Keri's love of Habitat for Humanity began at an early age when she volunteered for a local affiliate with her University.  Since then, she's traveled the world helping families build homes and hope and dreams of a day where every person has a safe lace to lay their head at night.
Keri enjoys volunteering her time with Alignment Rockford, Rockford Public School District, the Rockford Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Rockford Rotary, Habitat for Humanity fo Illinois State Support Organization, Transform Rockford, Northern Illinois Center for Non-Profit Excellence, and the American Cancer Society.
This will be a most interesting and informative program of which many of our own Rotarians are involved.  Another excellent chance to bring a guest or prospective member.  Since Pete and Becky Rundquist are in Costa Rica, Alan Gibby will introduce our presenter and act as Rotary host.
