More Myths of the Civil War
Bob Presman is a former News and Sports Director at WROK radio in Rockford and has been a member of Rockford Rotary since 1995. He has been a member of the Rock River Valley Civil War Round Table for the past five years and did this presentation for the Round Table as well as for the local chapter of the DAR, two senior citizens groups in Chicago and the Center for Learning in Retirement at Rock Valley College. Mr. Presman is retired and lives in Rockford with his wife Mary Ann.
Bob will discuss why the Civil War still impacts us today and why there are so many myths about the Civil War.
