Airport Tour

 

     On July 14th, 41 Rockford Rotarians and their guests enjoyed a Jimmy John's lunch compliments of the Chicago Rockford International Airport.  Zack Oakley who is the Deputy Director of Operations and Air Service filled in for an under the weather Mike Dunn and gave an extensive overview of the airport and what has been going on since the pandemic hit.  After that we got a bus tour of the airport including the various operations like AAR, UPS, and Amazon.  Unfortunately, we were not able to get out of the busses like we did on our last tour.  However, it was an interesting and informative tour.  Thank you to Mike Dunn for arranging the tour and to Zack for being our host.
