Caitlin Treece, Midway Village Educator
Victorian Christmas Traditions

Caitlin Treece will present various Victorian Christmas traditions as part of our annual Christmas program.  She is currently the Museum Educator for Midway Village.   Caitlin will be talking about various Victorian Christmas traditions and giving us a chance to learn about this glamorous time using 3-D objects rather than a slide show.

Catlin attended Huron High School and graduated from Beloit College in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in History and Russian Language.  In 2009, she received a Master of Arts in Local History and Museum Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Prior to Midway Village, Caitlin worked at Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum in Wausau, WI and the Macon County Conservation District in Mackinaw City in Michigan until November 2010.  She then worked at the Carl and Mary Koehler History Center in Cedar Rapids, IA, first as the Education Director and then as the Director prior to coming to Midway Village in March of 2016.
